Smile Education is seeking a motivated and caring Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in the West Bromwich area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about education to support students and contribute to their academic and personal growth.
Role Overview
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide support to the class teacher in delivering creative and effective lessons.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
Assist in preparing lesson materials and maintaining an organized classroom environment.
Support pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development.
Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience working with children in a primary school setting (preferably KS2).
Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance or equivalent).
Be enthusiastic, patient, and committed to supporting children’s learning and development.
Have strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Be dedicated to safeguarding and the welfare of all children.
