In order for us to find you work in a school near you, you'll need to register with us. This is a 5 step process which follows APSCo Compliance+ guidelines and requires you to successfully complete our all of necessary compliance checks. Below we have outlined each of the steps so you'll know what to expect.
Our registration process starts with a phone call, where we'll determine the type of work (teaching, classroom support, non-teaching) and setting (primary, secondary or SEN) you're looking for, as well as your suitability for the role.
At this point, we'll organise a date and time for an interview, asking you to complete a registration form which includes referee details as well as proof of qualifications, address and right to work documents.
During the virtual interview, we'll ask a number of questions about your work preferences followed by some safeguarding questions. This is to ensure you have a thorough understanding of what is expected in your potential new role.
We'll then use this time to gather references and any documentation that may be missing and apply for an enhanced DBS for you if you don't currently have one. In addition, we ask everyone registering to complete Level 1 Safeguarding and PREVENT training.
Once we have obtained all the information we need from you and our safeguarding checks have been completed, the registration process is complete! We're then able to provide work opportunities for you.
