We're not your average supply teaching agency - we're better! We work in partnership with primary, secondary and SEN schools across the UK, and are confident that there is a school out there for everyone. Having supported the education sector for well over a decade, we know that every teacher and school is different and do our very best to find teaching and non-teaching staff a job that they'll love.
Recruitment is hard work, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun. We are a driven and fun-loving supply teaching agency, who try our hardest to make school staff across the UK "Smile".
Our friendly team are consistently praised by both school staff and our clients, with over 300 Google Reviews to prove it!
A typical day for us usually involves meeting with schools and teaching professionals and working with them to support them in whatever way we can.
When we’re not working, you’ll find us raising money for charity by running, baking or climbing a hill, heading out for a team meal or even partaking in a fun lunchtime quiz.
We are proud to be an APSCo Compliance+ accredited education recruitment agency.
Compliance+ is a CCS recognised, thorough best practice quality standard for education and social work recruitment businesses that goes beyond the statutory safeguarding standards.
To ensure that these standards are maintained we are subject to an audit each year. We are proud to say that in our most recent audit we received 99%, highlighting just how seriously we take safeguarding.
For us, it’s about more than just recruitment. We see ourselves as an extension of, not only the schools that we work with, but the communities that we work within. Whether that involves supporting at university careers fair, school sports day or local fundraiser, you can count on us to be there to support you in whatever way we can. We didn't even stop during the the pandemic, where we hosted COVID Q&A sessions to help our teaching staff get a better understanding and provided support for NQTs with an NQT Q&A session too.
Our partnership with the Albion Foundation allows us to do even more by bringing sports into schools both virtually and in-person through our Smile Soccer Stars events which take place termly. This gives students of all backgrounds the chance to compete, with some children actually being scouted following some events!
Our team also prioritise charity and have walked, ran, hiked, baked and gotten Pretty Muddy doing so. Over the years we raised money for the likes of Smile for Joel, Alzheimer's Research UK and the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Our charity of the year, this year, as nominated by our teaching and support staff, is Help Harry Help Others.
