Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic individual looking to make a difference in children’s education?
Smile Education is delighted to partner with a charming village school in Alcester to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.

The Role:
  • Position: Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Alcester
  • Contract: Full-time or part-time (to be discussed)
  • Start Date: Immediate or by arrangement
What We’re Looking For:
  • A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting.
  • A positive, proactive, and patient approach to supporting pupils’ learning and development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring pupils remain engaged.
  • Contributing to the school’s warm and welcoming ethos.
