Smile Education is delighted to partner with a charming village school in Alcester to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
The Role:
- Position: Teaching Assistant
- Location: Alcester
- Contract: Full-time or part-time (to be discussed)
- Start Date: Immediate or by arrangement
- A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
- Experience working with children in a school setting.
- A positive, proactive, and patient approach to supporting pupils’ learning and development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
- Supporting pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring pupils remain engaged.
