Position: Full-time, 1:1 Support for SEN Students
Chance for Permanent Position

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and making a difference in their lives? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification to join a vibrant Early Years classroom in M12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN, both academically and emotionally.
  • Assist the teacher in planning and delivering tailored learning activities to meet individual needs.
  • Support the emotional well-being of students, helping them to feel safe, valued, and included.
  • Collaborate with the wider school team to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting SEN students, preferably in an early years setting.
  • Passion for working with children and a strong commitment to inclusion.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
