Smile Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a valued partner school in Redditch.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support core subject interventions, focusing on delivering Maths and English to small groups of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver targeted interventions in Maths and English to small groups, supporting student progress.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver tailored sessions that address individual learning needs.
  • Provide feedback on student performance and contribute to their educational development.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to encourage confidence and achievement.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Confidence and competence in delivering Maths and English lessons to small groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and patient approach to supporting students’ learning.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the school and its pupils.
