We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support core subject interventions, focusing on delivering Maths and English to small groups of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted interventions in Maths and English to small groups, supporting student progress.
Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver tailored sessions that address individual learning needs.
Provide feedback on student performance and contribute to their educational development.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to encourage confidence and achievement.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
Confidence and competence in delivering Maths and English lessons to small groups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and patient approach to supporting students’ learning.
Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the school and its pupils.
