Are you a dedicated and patient Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role?
We are seeking a full-time 1:1 TA to support a pupil transitioning from a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) into a mainstream school in Worcester.

The Role:
  • Provide social, emotional, and academic support to aid a smooth transition.
  • Work closely with the pupil, helping them adjust to routines, build confidence, and engage in learning.
  • Support in managing behaviour positively and promoting inclusion within the classroom.
  • Adapt activities to suit the pupil’s needs and encourage their progress.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs or from alternative provisions.
  • Resilient, proactive, and adaptable – able to engage an active pupil.
  • A calm, nurturing approach to behaviour management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and encourage independence.
