Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with a number of welcoming nurseries and primary schools across Grimsby. We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging play-based learning activities.
- Encourage children's communication, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress where required.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
- A minimum of 6 months' UK Early Years or classroom experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
- Ability to provide two years of references, including at least one relating to experience working with children.
- Right to work in the UK.
