Learning Support Assistant – The Role:
- Supporting secondary students across the school
- Pupils will have EHCPs and additional diagnoses
- Support academic progress
- Carry out 1:1 and group intervention sessions
- Collaborate with experienced teachers
Learning Support Assistant – Qualifications required:
- Degree or Level 3 TA qualification
- Prior education / SEN experience
- Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
