Smile Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 2 (Years 5 and 6) in a long-term role.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons to Years 5 and 6, covering planned teacher absences.
  • Work closely with the teaching staff to support learning and classroom management.
  • Assist with intervention groups, ensuring pupils receive tailored support.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Full-time position with an immediate start.
About You:
  • Hold HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience delivering lessons to KS2 pupils.
  • Confident in leading a classroom independently.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
