Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with Endeavour Multi Academy Trust to recruit several SEND Teaching Assistants for a Primary school in Tamworth.

This specialist setting supports children aged 2 to 11 across three sites, catering to a range of needs, including:

✅ SLCN – Speech, Language, and Communication
✅ ASD – Autistic Spectrum Disorder
✅ MSI – Multi-Sensory Impairment
✅ PD – Physical Disability
✅ MLD – Moderate Learning Difficulty
✅ SLD – Severe Learning Difficulty
✅ PMLD – Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulty

The Role:

Supporting students with a variety of additional needs in a busy and dynamic environment.
Working closely with teachers and staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning experience.
Assisting with personal care, communication, and sensory learning when required.
Being proactive and willing to get involved from day one.

What We’re Looking For:

Recent experience working with students with SEND.
A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or a similar relevant qualification).
Ability to work independently and use initiative in a fast-paced setting.
A team player who is supportive and adaptable.
Reliable and committed to working 8:30 AM – 3:20 PM.
