Smile Education, in partnership with a thriving SEN school based in Lichfield, is looking for several dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis starting January.
About the Role:
- Supporting students with SEN across the school.
- Providing 1:1 support to pupils to help them achieve their individual goals.
- Working collaboratively with the school staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support.
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Confidence and capability in providing 1:1 support.
- A commitment to fostering strong, professional, and respectful relationships that prioritize the best educational interests of the students.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to working with children.
