Start immediately in this highly rewarding SEN Learning Support Assistant role, supporting students to ensure each child receives the very best support throughout their school day.
SEN Learning Support Assistant:
In this SEN Learning Support Assistant role you would be working with pupils across the SEN school within the classroom and on a 1:1 basis throughout the day. The students range from having an ADHD / ASC diagnosis to PMLD.
This welcoming SEN school is the perfect surrounding to either build up your classroom skills alongside heavily contributing to a fantastic staffing team, offering you fantastic career platform at the school or onto further studies / progression.
SEN Learning Support Assistant – The Role:
- Work with primary and secondary aged students
- Support students with an EHCP
- Carry out 1:1 and group intervention sessions
- Collaborate with experienced teachers and support staff
- Complete induction training
SEN Learning Support Assistant – Qualifications required:
- Level 3 TA or degree level of education
- Education / childcare experience
- Previous SEN / ASC experience is desirable
- Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
