About the Role:
Smile Education is excited to offer three full-time teaching opportunities in Worcester for dedicated and adaptable educators to join an Alternative Provision school. We are looking for teachers specialising in:
  • English
  • Geography
  • RSHE (Relationships, Sex, and Health Education)
You’ll be teaching small classes with 8 students or fewer, supported by a Teaching Assistant in every session. Lessons follow a medium-term plan but may require weekly adjustments, with collaborative support from the school team.

About the Students:
Our students have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, with a mix of additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and ODD. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on their education and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 students.
  • Passion for working with students with SEMH and SEND.
  • Strong classroom management and adaptability.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
