A secondary school in Oldham is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of STEM to join a supportive and forward-thinking school environment for January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your expertise, nurture talent, and make a real difference in preparing students for bright futures in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

Key Responsibilities;
  • Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons across Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
  • Inspire and challenge students to excel in STEM subjects.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a love of STEM through creative, hands-on experiments, projects, and interactive learning.
  • Support students of varying abilities, ensuring inclusive and differentiated teaching.
  • Monitor, assess, and record student progress, providing feedback to promote growth.

Key Requirments;
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching STEM subjects at KS3, KS4, or KS5 levels.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematics.
  • Ability to bring learning to life through engaging and innovative teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for inspiring young minds and preparing students for future STEM careers.
