Smile Education are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Telford to recruit a passionate Science Teacher for a 12-month fixed-term role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a school recognised for its strong community values, student-focused culture, and commitment to professional development.

About the Role:
  • Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Years 7–11)
  • Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support student progress and engagement across all ability levels
  • Contribute to departmental planning and school-wide initiatives
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to school values
  • Enthusiasm for inspiring young learners in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics
