Requirements for this Science role in Birmingham:
- Degree in Science related subject (QTS required)
- Experience in teaching Physics to KS3 and KS4 pupils
- Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students
- Plan, prepare, and deliver an excellent standard of Physics lessons
- Maintain a good learning environment
- Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
- Supervise and support the work of teaching assistants and other support staff.
