The successful candidate will be joining a

This role is available on a
temp-to-perm basis, with the opportunity to become permanent and be
paid to scale following a successful probation period. A
TLR may be available for candidates with the relevant experience or leadership potential.

The role:
- Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience welcomed but not essential)
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences
- Inspiring students to develop confidence, creativity and a love of English
- Maintaining high expectations of learning, progress and behaviour
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and support department development
- Using technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning
