Are you a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate young minds? Smile Education is seeking a qualified Drama Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive secondary school in Telford on a long-term basis starting in January 2025.  This is a full time role with the potential to turn into a permanent position!
ECT's and Drama/Music Graduates welcome!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective Drama lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess students' work to ensure academic progress.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities as required.
  • Maintain a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
Requirements:
  • Hold a UK-recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience teaching Drama/Music secondary school level.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for Geography.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
