Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and engaging lessons for Year 1 students in line with the curriculum
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Track and assess student progress and provide targeted support where needed
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and effective teaching strategy
• Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in primary schools, ideally with Year 1 students
• A passion for early years education and child development
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A positive, adaptable attitude towards teaching and learning
