Key Responsibilities:- Deliver creative and engaging lessons for Year 1 students in line with the curriculum
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Track and assess student progress and provide targeted support where needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and effective teaching strategy
- Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community
What We Are Looking For:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in primary schools, ideally with Year 1 students
- A passion for early years education and child development
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A positive, adaptable attitude towards teaching and learning
