Join Our Team as an Administrator at our client primary school!

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting education? We're looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our dynamic team at the Head Office of a thriving Primary School.

Position: Administrator
Location: M8 9FR 
Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments within the trust
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth communication between schools and central office
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and preparation of documents
  • Support HR and recruitment processes (HR experience is preferred but not required)
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and training sessions
  • Maintain confidential records and help ensure compliance with Trust policies
  • General office duties including telephone and email correspondence
Essential Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience in a UK-based environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
  • A positive and professional attitude
Desirable:
  • HR experience is an advantage, though not essential
  • Previous experience working within the education sector is desirable
