About the Role:
- As a Cover Supervisor, you will be leading and supervising classes in the absence of regular teachers.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- You will focus on helping students who need extra support with their work, ensuring they grasp essential concepts to improve their academic progress, exam results, and coursework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
- Support students in small groups and 1:1 sessions, focusing on areas they find challenging.
- Help improve academic progress, exam results and coursework for students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s vibrant teaching community.
What Makes You a Great Fit for This Role:
- Hold a (Qualified Teacher Status) QTS or hold a relevant Undergraduate degree/PGCE
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Experience working in a classroom or tutoring environment is desirable.
- Ability to work with students on a 1:1, group, and class basis.
- A full enhanced DBS check (can be processed through Smile Education).
