The Role
The school are seeking a supportive and motivated Teaching Assistant who can fully immerse themselves in school life and become a valued member of the team.
Initially, this role will involve weekly cover to support with staff absence and training. However, there is strong potential for this to develop into a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
You will be working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including mixed-age classes, supporting pupils with additional SEND needs and helping to manage behaviour in a positive and effective way.
