Smile Education is recruiting for a Cover Supervisor at an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ secondary school in Ashby De La Zouch. This full-time, term-time role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring an engaging learning environment. The position is available immediately or from January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 & KS4 groups
- Manage classroom behaviour and engage students
- Provide feedback to the classroom teacher
