The successful Behavioural Mentor will be responsible for managing the behaviour, attendance, and support for students across the school.

They want to ensure that students’ attendance, behaviour, and attitudes to self and to learning result in them achieving good outcomes. This Behaviour Mentor role is here to support that.
It would be ideal if the Behaviour Mentor has experience in safeguarding, mentoring, counselling or SEMH -or who has previously worked as a Behaviour Mentor & can build trusting relationships.
About you:

- Ability to communicate effectively with the SENDCO, class teacher, and parents about SEND pupils learning and progress.
- You can work independently and as part of a team
