Primary Supply Teachers - Guaranteed Work Scheme!

Can you commute to the Melton Mowbray area?
Do you prefer the variety of supply but want a guaranteed income?
If so... Smile Education have the role for you!
We have currently exclusively partnered with the Mowbray Education Trust to supply their schools with outstanding supply teachers.
As a PPA supply teacher, your role will involve delivering pre-planned lessons. Supply teaching is a wonderful opportunity to keep your foot in the door and do what you love with the variety of different schools and without the pressure of planning!
We are offering a Guaranteed Work Scheme for 3 experienced Primary Teachers who can easily commute to any of the schools within the trust. This Guaranteed Work Scheme will provide you with the security of income whilst working across the various different schools as a daily Supply Teacher.
How will it work?

We will guarantee you work in term time only at an agreed daily rate.
In return, you will be willing to work across all schools within the Mowbray Education Trust and will either be pre-planned in or early morning daily calls!
If the school’s in the MET have no requirements you must be prepared to travel to other schools within a pre agreed distance.
If no work available at all – you will still be paid for that day as part of the scheme
All we need from you is exclusive commitment to us for that term and to be available and flexible to commute to all the schools in the trust

No catch from us – the Guaranteed Work Scheme is designed to give teachers the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of supply whilst also having a guaranteed income!

What are we looking for?

Must have UK QTS.
Relevant teaching experience of the UK primary curriculum.
Ability and willingness to travel to Melton Mowbray.
Right to work in the UK.
