Who are Endeavour Multi Academy Trust?

Endeavour Multi Academy Trust provides exceptional teaching and learning for both primary and secondary children with special educational needs and disabilities. The trust currently serves the communities of Wolverhampton and Staffordshire with their family of schools, including Cherry Trees School, Wightwick Hall School, Two Rivers High and Two Rivers Primary School.

As the Managed Service Provider for Endeavour Multi Academy Trust, Smile Education acts as the central hub for all its recruitment needs. Our team works to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring that the Trust has access to the best talent for a variety of roles.

Smile Education’s Master Vendor partnership works in line with Endeavour’s aim to ‘encourage and support everyone’ within their community to ‘be the best they can be’. Under the Crown Commercial Service’s Lot 2 Framework, Smile is a long-term partner of the Trust in both its day-to-day and long-term staffing needs.

Working as an extension of the Trust’s team, Smile Education will also be providing further support with marketing, open days, mock interviews and other initiatives.
