Everyone loves a holiday, right? How about an all-expenses-paid holiday? Well, as an employee of Smile Education that’s exactly what you can expect.
Each year our team jets off for a long weekend somewhere warm courtesy of the company and when we say team, we mean everyone that includes our directors, consultants and compliance team. There’s no targets to achieve or goals to hit, to be eligible all you have to do is work here (and be present when the holiday is booked).
Since our annual team holidays began we have jetted off to Barcelona, Ibiza, Marbella and Majorca and this year we’re off to Portugal. The holiday provides the team with the perfect opportunity to bond and most importantly relax after all their hard work that academic year. But if free holidays to sunny destinations aren’t your thing, that’s fine too, the holiday isn’t compulsory.
During the trip you get to spend your time doing whatever you please in the past we’ve enjoyed nights out, beach days, pool days and boat trips (okay, maybe we didn’t the boat trip - if you know, you know). However, we always make sure to do one thing together as a team and this year in Majorca, we were treated to a fancy dinner overlooking the ocean.
Leah, our Black Country Support Services Consultant, joined Smile three years ago and so has enjoyed three Smile holidays so far said:
“I look forward to the Smile holiday each year and it’s always so much fun. The summer term is a busy term so it’s really nice to have a few days away to recharge your batteries. There are not many companies that do this for there staff so I feel so lucky to work for one that does”.
Holidays aren’t the only thing you’ll get if you join us though, we also provide you with a clear progression structure, uncapped commission and tonnes of fun incentives. But that’s just the start if you would like to know more about working at Smile take a look at our latest internal vacancies or send your CV to us now.
