The collaboration aims to make job opportunities for teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff more visible in the local community, aligning with the Trust's goal of achieving excellence across each of their academies.

Beyond sourcing talent for the Trust, Smile Education will also be adding value to each academy it covers, getting involved in events such as open days, mock interviews and supporting with marketing activities.
