I have worked for Smile for some time now and have done both supply and cover work in a variety of Lichfield and Tamworth schools. I am a retired Head of English Secondary School teacher. I trained in the nineteen seventies when dedicated teachers like myself went to teacher training colleges and therefore I do not have a degree.
