Mental health helplines

Mental health is just as important as physical health. Teaching (and recruitment) are tough at the best of times and the while holidays, especially Christmas, bring joy to many, for some they can challenging.

It’s so important to ensure that you are looking after yourself mentally. If you are finding things difficult, then please speak up. Don’t suffer in silence. A number of our team are trained as mental health first aiders who are equipped with the tools to support you.
