Let’s be honest, Mondays are never great day but according to Dr Cliff Arnall this Monday is the most depressing Monday of them all. Hence the name Blue Monday.

But we hate to think of our lovely teachers, teaching assistants and support staff being down so, as a team we got together to think of some ways to beat the January Blues.
