Claire and Jami, who worked with Smile Education previously, are coming back to the team with fresh perspectives and invaluable experience. We have some ambitious plans for growth and development here at Smile, and we can’t wait to see how Claire and Jami help us achieve our vision as we work towards milestones for 2025.

We believe that a strong team enriched with diverse experience and skillsets is at the heart of a successful education recruitment agency. We’re so happy to welcome back team members who have chosen to return, as not only do they bring even more expertise into the team, but also a deep understanding of Smile’s journey so far.

Introducing Claire

Claire has joined the Smile Education team as Principal Secondary Consultant for the East Midlands. Having worked in education recruitment since 2009, Claire has excellent experience across the sector and previously worked within the Smile team in 2018.

Introducing Jami

Jami has joined the Smile team as Business Partnerships Executive. After joining the Smile team way back in 2009, Jami has since gone on to develop her experience in social care and education roles, all with a strong emphasis on supporting children, young adults and families.
