Smile Education, a leading specialist recruiter in the education sector, has proudly announced its latest in a series of new partnerships with multi-academy trusts.
The recruitment agency will soon be launching its partnership with St Bartholomew's CE MAT, the fifth such collaboration since launching its Managed Service Provision (MSP) in 2023.
Having been chosen by the Trust for short and long-term teaching, teaching assistant, leadership and school support roles across their nine primary schools in the West Midlands, Smile Education will be providing a streamlined staffing solution that prioritises staff quality and long-term value.
As well as giving them access to a pool of fully-compliant teachers and support staff, the new Master Vendor partnership includes a commitment to full support from Smile Education under the Crown Commercial Service's Lot 2 Framework.
Support for the Trust is set to reach beyond recruitment needs and tap into each school community, assisting with marketing activities, open day support and mock interview sessions.
The partnership reflects Smile Education's strategy of building strong and personalised relationships with multi-academy trusts, ensuring that each received a bespoke, people-focused approach that aligns with its ethos and requirements.

We can't wait to see how our partnership benefits the Trust's schools and pupils, keeping child safety a top priority through APSCo Compliance Standards. This is the fifth trust we have partnered with so far after launching our MSP product last year, and we're excited to share more good news in the near future."

This partnership with Smile Education complements that growth as we look to streamline our services through a compliant procurement process, enabling us to focus more time on teaching and learning, whilst ensuring an excellent level of support for accessing and recruiting high quality staff for short and long-term requirements."
