Smile Education has announced a new partnership with Elston Hall Learning Trust, providing dedicated short- and long-term staffing support for their six primary academies across Wolverhampton and Walsall.

This partnership marks the sixth collaboration for Smile Education since launching their Managed Service Provision (MSP) in 2023.

As the Trust's chosen recruitment partner, Smile will fill teaching, teaching assistant, and school support roles, as well as adding value across the Multi-Academy Trust's entire recruitment process, with a focus on temporary and contract roles. Elston Hall Learning Trust aims to deliver high-quality staff who make a real difference in the classroom, all while offering a streamlined, cost-effective staffing solution.

Within the new Master Vendor partnership, Smile Education will ensure seamless access to a pool of fully-compliant, high-quality candidates. The partnership will operate under the Crown Commercial Service's Lot 2 Framework.

In addition to support across the recruitment process, Smile Education is committed to working as part of each school's community by supporting open days, helping with marketing efforts, and running mock interview sessions for pupils.

This collaboration is part of Smile Education's larger plan to build strong, meaningful relationships with multi-academy trusts across the UK. By tailoring their approach to meet the unique needs of each trust, Smile is ensuring a bespoke service within each trust relationship they develop.

The partnership is set to begin in January 2025.
