Smile Education has announced it will be the new managed service provider for the recruitment of Endeavour Multi-Academy Trust’s supply and permanent staff.
Serving the communities of Wolverhampton and Staffordshire, Endeavour Multi-Academy Trust provides exceptional teaching and learning for both primary and secondary children with special educational needs and disabilities.
Smile Education’s new Master Vendor partnership with the Trust will give each academy access to the very best teachers and support staff, in line with Endeavour’s aim to ‘encourage and support everyone’ within their community to ‘be the best they can be’.
Under the Crown Commercial Service’s Lot 2 Framework, Smile will become a long-term partner of the Trust in both its day-to-day and long-term staffing needs.
Working as an extension of the Trust’s team, Smile Education will also be providing further support with marketing, open days, mock interviews and other initiatives.
As the partnership develops, Smile Education and Endeavour Multi-Academy Trust will be working together effectively to nurture a pipeline of professional talent to help best prepare for future growth and development within the Trust and tackle the current challenges faced by the education sector in the UK.
